HISTORY

I began a career in portraiture in 1972, at the age of four. Things have improved somewhat since then, to the point where the reaction to my drawings is no longer likely to be "That's nice dear. Uh,...what is it?" People genuinely seem delighted these days.

I normally work in either charcoal or pencil, (unfortunately I no longer use crayola), but if you have a particular image in mind I can tailor any portrait to suit your specific requirements. Just give me a call and I'm sure we'll be able to work something out.
I always use good quality materials and heavy, acid-free paper, often with a wash of watercolour beneath the drawing to add body.
